Among other concerns addressed by the Homeowners, it was suggested the current school bus stop on Clubhouse Road be moved to the Golf Course parking lot.

Budget & Finance Committee budget proposals for 2003 will need to be submitted by the committees members sometime in September. Open forum for homeowners will be in the latter part of October.

Guest Speaker: Jay du Von, a representative of Walsh, Colucci, et. al., outlined his organization’s plans to build a Wawa store on property adjacent to the community. He requested that the Association’s assistance in scheduling a community meeting with affected residents on Vinewood Court.
